All bookings and shipments are received and accepted subject to all the terms and conditions of the carrier regular form of bill of lading or sea/air waybill, inland transportation as the case may be including the applicable law as incorporated by the relevant bill of lading evidencing the contract of carriage. The terms and condition apply immediately upon acceptance of booking by or on behalf of the carrier. By confirming any booking with Movements International Pte Ltd the Merchant ( shipper / consignee and or freight forwarder ) acknowledge that they have read and accepted the terms and condition and applicable law and jurisdiction clause, and that these terms and conditions are available to them.
