This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between MOVEMENTS INTERNATIONAL ("Company") and the Movement's International Social Media Committee :

3.Nemai - Social Media Head
4.Kelera - Social media / Email Campaign
5.frances - Website
WHEREAS, the Committee is responsible for managing and overseeing the social media presence of the Movement on a local & global scale;
WHEREAS, the Company specializes in social media marketing and has expertise in creating impactful social media campaigns;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Scope of Work:
The Committee hereby engages the Company to provide social media marketing services as outlined in the attached Scope of Work ("SOW"). The SOW will be reviewed and approved by both Parties before the commencement of any services.
2. Term:
The term of this Agreement shall be reviewed on every 3 months, commencing on [1st September 2023] and terminating on [], unless earlier terminated as provided herein. Either Party may terminate this Agreement for convenience upon written notice of [30] days.
3. Compensation:
The company shall compensate the Committee for the social media marketing services on weekly $250 ( budget ) which should be equally allocated and paid either on payroll week or monthly basis.
4. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, developed or provided by the Committee under this Agreement shall be the property of the Company.
5. Confidentiality:
The Parties shall treat all information received from each other as confidential and shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than fulfilling obligations under this Agreement.
6. Indemnification:
The Company agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the Committee harmless from and against any claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to the Company's performance under this Agreement.
7. Understanding :
7.1 Since the committee is made amongst the staff of Movements International , it is clear that Team Leader has to approve your commitment to this engagement and understand the scope.
7.2 The committee shall understand that team leader can request to withdraw of any member if members are not able to cope with their daily task within respective department.
7.3 The committee agrees that Forum of 3 is a must to attend inorder for payout ( Every Saturdays attendance from 9am - 2pm ) and 2hrs in weekdays after 5pm as team discussion. Failure to make Forum will not be paid.
7.5 The members of the committee understand that a member can be added or removed or change of Head of Team by collective votes on monthly basis.
7.6 : Team Members are required to study digital Marketing plat foams independently to upgrade skills.
7.7 The members of the committee agrees engagement of brands Movements International and Quality Used Containers Fiji

8. Reporting & Payout :
8.1 JOB SCOPE REPORT : The head of Team has to submit a job scope report and issues to resolve ( every Friday before 2pm ), inorder to approve to commence work.
8.2 Monthly Report of Action / Presentation: The Team has to do a monthly Presentation to committee of graphical analysis.
8.3 Yearly Calendar with theme to be approved.
9. WORKDRIVE FILE :
A work drive shall be created for Social media for all filing Materials and shall be assessed on Monthly Basis.
10. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. The agreement shall be reviewed on monthly basis to perform positively.

1. Objective

Movements International Fiji will utilize various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to reach and interact with its target audience effectively.
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Creation: Social media accounts will be created using official Movements International Fiji email addresses, usernames, and profile pictures in line with the organization's branding guidelines.
3.2 Account Access: Access to social media accounts will be restricted to authorized personnel only to ensure the security and integrity of the accounts.
3.3 Account Maintenance: Regular monitoring and updating of social media accounts, including profile information, cover photos, and contact details, will be carried out by the designated social media team.
4. Content Strategy
4.1 Content Planning: A social media content calendar will be created monthly, specifying the type of content, posting schedule, and target audience for each platform.
4.2 Content Creation: Engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and infographics, will be created to promote Movements International Fiji's campaigns, initiatives, and events.
4.3 Content Approval: All content will be reviewed and approved by the designated authorized personnel to ensure consistency with the organization's values, messaging, and branding guidelines.
5. Engagement and Interaction
5.1 Responding to Comments: The social media team will regularly monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms and respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and comments from users.
5.2 Community Management: Engaging with the online community through likes, shares, and comments on relevant posts will be actively done to increase brand visibility and create positive relationships.
5.3 Influencer Engagement: Collaboration with influencers and key opinion leaders will be prioritized to expand the reach and impact of Movements International Fiji's social media campaigns.
6. Analytics and Reporting
6.1 Data Monitoring: The social media team will regularly monitor and gather data on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates using social media analytics tools.
6.2 Reporting: Performance reports will be created periodically, summarizing the social media metrics, campaign results, and insights, which will be shared with relevant stakeholders to inform future strategies.
7. Crisis Management
7.1 Monitoring and Detection: The social media team will proactively monitor social media channels for any potential crisis or negative sentiment related to Movements International Fiji.
7.2 Response Protocol: In case of a crisis or negative backlash, a designated crisis management response protocol will be followed to address the issue promptly with empathy, discretion, and consistent messaging.
8. Employee Guidelines
8.1 Social Media Training: All employees entrusted with social media responsibilities will undergo training on the organization's social media policy, guidelines, and best practices.
8.2 Personal Social Media Usage: Employees will be advised to maintain professionalism and avoid sharing any confidential or sensitive information related to Movements International Fiji on personal social media accounts.
